I am excited to finally have free time to devote specifically towards this site & creating a useful metaphysical resource center & network. The changes will be taking place over the next few weeks & months. There’s a ton of work to be done but at least now I have time to actually make progress!;)

The Ace of Wands indicates the time frame of Autumn (September, October & November). The focus is on potential new beginnings. You do not want to be alone nor have a part-time partner. Although you will be receptive to someone who makes advances the time won’t necessarily be ripe to reap the full benefits. As right now you are mainly weighing everything within your thoughts as no physical manifestation has occurred yet.

The Lovers indicates you are presently being faced with a dilemma that necessitates an action or decision. You are trying to figure out what is the best way to proceed and are afraid of not making the right choice.

When a Knight appears in a reading, a long-term condition will come to an end. You may be surprised by a sudden flirtation, seductive or romantic invitation that will stimulate you emotionally, mentally or physically. A marriage, union or living arrangement may be proposed. If you’ve been thinking about making a change in residence, you will not make a move right now.

The Page of Wands suggests that you want to get together with someone you are falling in love with, but you are afraid that it will not come to pass and even if it did, you’re afraid things would not live up to your expectations that it would end up being a superficial relationship. You may find that your emotions are on edge and are like a teeter-totter changing from one moment to the next.

Temperance indicates that you are being tested and will be under a lot of pressure trying to understand what is occurring in your life at this time. Which stems from the past because of a partner that did not live up to their promises or being completely honest with you. This created a lot of anger and frustration for you leaving you feeling alienated and confused.

Three or more Wands in a reading indicate that conditions are primarily felt in the realm of thought or in the very first stages of development. The Nine of Wands indicates that you may possibly have two individuals vying for your attention. One may be from the past such as an old friend, lover or admirer. You will be torn and confused about the dilemma that is facing you. The solution you come up with will break your heart or be impossible to carry out leaving you even feeling more bewildered and confused. But this condition will not last. In a short period of time, new opportunities will present themselves in which will alter and change the direction you are heading.

The High Priestess represents a time of being at a crossroads in your life. You will need to exert patience before the answer will be revealed because only time will tell the true outcome of the situations at hand. This is a period of gestation. Changes are taking place on an inner level while you are discerning what to do to overcome the challenges you are facing. At the appropriate time, these new energies will present themselves to you so pay attention to any signs that you see coming your way. Thing will turn out differently than you anticipate at the moment, you can expect a surprise or two.

Ace of Cups represents the Summertime during the June, July and August time frame. You are searching for clarity in a situation where you heart says one thing and your intellect says another. You are going to have a surprise call from an admirer, but not necessarily the one you want to hear from or are attracted to. A call, visit or union with an admirer will bring a refreshing change or fresh start. This could also indicate a marriage occurring next summer. At any rate, you can expect to receive many positive developments in your life especially during that time.

The Nine of Swords indicates that you have a lot of anxiety and uncertainty regarding the future based upon the situation you find yourself within presently. What looks like a loss or failure is instead an opportunity to grow internally, as this will provide a means for new qualities and awareness to emerge. You need to learn how to focus your energies in other ways right now creatively. It is a period of waiting in which you are being given the opportunity to become more aware of your own self, discern exactly what you want in your life because what you think you want right now isn’t exactly what you think. As your emotions are greatly hindering your ability to discern your true desires and goals. Take this time to get in touch with every aspect of yourself so that you can decide exactly what you need in your life to align with your needs, outlook and aspirations.

The Wheel of Fortune suggests that you are seeking insight to resolve a dilemma. Someone from your past will return, but you will be undecided about the relationship. But you are going to have a very unexpected change in your affairs. Things will turn out differently than you currently perceive them to be. A new cycle in your affairs is about to commence. A change for the better. The current cycle you have been going through will come to an end, along with it a renewed sense of self. What is occurring in your life right now will turn into something much better. The emotional turmoil and havoc you have been going through is actually the beginning of a new order that was destined to commence at this time. If the events of your life had not panned out exactly the way they have, you’d still be where you were and you would miss the turn of fortune that fate has in store for you. Don’t get stuck on plans, let go and allow things to flow as they were meant to. Again, I say, pay attention to the signs and remain patient while awaiting for things to come into alignment with your highest good.

The Queen of Cups as your Significator card indicates that you are very empathetic to other people’s emotional needs and frequently offer emotional support. You may also express your feelings and imagination in various art forms such as painting or drawing. You are self sacrificing and devoted to your children.

The Emperor crosses you denoting that you are most likely in the process of organizing and prioritizing many aspects in your life. You may find that you need to stand up for yourself or defend your boundaries as in the past you may have been having a difficult time saying no to certain people who tended to have influence, authority or control over you life; quite possibly a father-type figure that may have at times left you feeling inadequate, unbalanced in your thoughts and feelings and out of sorts.

Death is the Crowning Card that represents that you are in a process of letting go or relinquishing the control that others may have on you. You may be releasing people or things in your life that no longer serve a purpose and/or hinder you from reaching your goals. You’re in a process of transition that has endings and new beginnings.

The Empress reflects a tendency to take care of everyone else but yourself. It is a time to nurture and get in touch with your true self as you are in the process of birthing new methods and ways of handling yourself and others. You are at the beginning stages of embarking upon a new opportunity, career or relationship within your life. Remember to always take time to nurture and take care of yourself during these upcoming changes. Be willing to openly receive abundance in your life and exhibit generosity for in giving do we truly receive.

Nine of Cups rests in the past position and refers to influences of the past that are now passing. It suggests that in the past you were lacking self confidence in your abilities and perhaps having some insecurities or fears. You may have been denied satisfaction and pleasure by other people that may have hindered you or held you back in the past. This card also indicates that you may have had a lot of emotional issues to deal with. Things will end up being completely different than you originally perceived them to be based upon past experiences. It is a time to drop any fear, insecurities or doubts that you may have in regards to how your future will transpire. Trust and have faith that better opportunities will present themselves and help replace some of those old feelings and insecurities with happiness, stability, ability to more fully express yourself and may be in for a surprise or two along the way.

The Lovers is positioned in the Forthcoming Influences and indicates that if you stop trying to find the “perfect relationship” and allow the Universe to flow at it’s own pace and bring forth what is needed within your life, you may find yourself being drawn to a soul mate relationship in the near future that will bring peace, contentment, excitement, passion, nurturing and security into your life.

Ten of Swords landed in the “Where you find yourself” position and this indicates that you have at some point experienced a defeat of some sort. You may have been experiencing some depression, felt betrayed, under attack or ready to give up. You may feel as though you are hitting rock bottom, are confused and uncertain of how things will transpire and develop in the future. Although you are enduring all of these obstacles you are in the process of getting back upon your own two feet. Things are out of your hands and you must trust and have faith in the Universe at this time; go with the flow and relax knowing everything is going according to the divine plan.

The eighth card represents how other’s view you and the personal image that you project out into the world. Being the High Priestess was pulled, this indicates that others see you as being perceptive, observant and intuitive. You may be somewhat reserved and quiet about these skills and most likely spend a lot of time within yourself meditating or trying to really “find yourself”. The most important message behind this card is allowing yourself to discover the hidden talents and abilities that you harness within yourself and express yourself; allow yourself to be who you really are within despite what others may think. Don’t hold back from expressing yourself because of other people’s viewpoint, your upon a journey of self discovery of your soul’s purpose allow your intuition to guide you.

Your hopes and fears are reflected in the Moon card. Although you are quite intuitive and are seeking to become more in touch with your inner self, you also prohibit yourself from moving forward. You’re somewhat afraid and uncertain of what to expect at the next stage of the path you walk. As you get more in tune with yourself you also will find that your rhythm and flow will be synchronized with the phases of the moon and you may discover the many patterns and cycles occurring in your life. You will be exploring your inner most thoughts, feelings, emotions. Do not allow your emotions to control you as there may be a tendency to be overly emotional at times. You are in a process of learning how to balance yourself, your energies, your life and your abilities. You know that you have more abilities and talents that you are not aware of and are seeking to understand more clearly the path you walk in life and what place you fit into the whole equation. You should become consciously aware of your thought patterns as the energy associated with your thoughts are like a magnet drawing whatever you spend your time thinking about into your life; regardless if it is positively or negatively aspected. If you dwell on all the bad stuff you’ll only attract more bad stuff. If you think about all the stuff you don’t want in your life or the lack you have in your life then all you will be doing is drawing that same lack and an abundance of stuff into your life that you don’t want. By maintaining a positive outlook and way of thinking, we can alter the course and utilize our thoughts to manifest positive opportunities into our lives. Thoughts equal energy in motion. The more you think about something the more energy you give it and the faster you will manifest it into your life so make sure to steer clear of negative thinking or people as you may find yourself easily influenced at times due to your emotionalism. It will pass, take this time to focus on keeping a positive frame of mind and attitude to help ensure better experiences and opportunities to manifest in the future.

The Two of Wands suggests that you eager for change and expansion in some area of your life but you are torn between the security you have now and taking a chance on something that might be considered risky. You dream of bigger and better things but usually fall short on actually taking the steps to pursue your dreams out of fear of not being able to support yourself or the risk of losing what you already have established in the process. You are asked to decide exactly what you want in your life then take appropriate steps to manifest those very things. Keep a positive mind despite the odds and trust your intuition. Have faith in the Universe to provide what is needed into your life. Let go and allow the process to unfold before you trusting that all is in accordance to the Divine Plan.

Before I get too carried away with the Fool’s associated
meaning, I want to set the record straight. Many individuals
automatically assume the Fool is negatively aspected based upon
the title “The Fool”. However, that is far from the truth.

Upon beginning something new, we are most usually curious but
lack knowledge and understanding because the situation is
completely new; never before having been experience. Yet we are
standing at the threshold of new opportunities by standing in
the position of the Fool. There is also untapped potential,
skills and abilities we may possess but not fully know how to
utilize them.

So, the Fool, then represents the start of something new in our
lives in some aspect or level of our beingness. This can relate
to virtually anything we may attempt at the given time this card
appears in a reading. A new relationship, a new job or career,
new outlook on life, education or some form of traning, develop
new skills or abilities, change in location and spiritual
advancement; to name a few.

We are asked to step with the courage of an adolescent youth,
carefree and happy-go-lucky; unaware of other influences
surrounding us as we enter into the unknown. This could also
include a tendency to be vulnerable and easily influenced in the
early stages.

If doing a Keltic Cross Spread, pay attention to what is
crossing the individual’s path, as this may provide clues if the
individual is being taken advantage of due to their lack of
knowledge, experience or awareness.

Simply put, the Fool is alikened to a teenager who is about to
embark upon their own individual path with a newfound freedom
and sense of self; not yet aware of the dangers and pitfalls
ahead. Through curiosity, they begin to experience life, gain
understanding and knowledge as they courageously journey through
the Major Arcana. Each time we begin anew, we again become the
Fool at the beginning unaware of the lessons and knowledge needed
to master this stage of the process for it is only through living
and experiencing life that we truly begin to learn and understand
the path before us.

As far as the portrayal of a gypsy-type individual that stems
from a time period when there was great suffering and adversity
when trying to support one’s family was extremely difficult in
very poor areas. As with anything else, people find a way to
monetize everything and it’s origination was a means of survival
to help feed their families. As back then, they would barter
their ability to read the cards for money, food, clothing and
any other supplies that could be beneficial to them. Thus,
gypsies were perhaps the most popular reference to the usage of
Tarot that our present day stereotypes stem from. But by no
means were they the only known users of the Tarot. Due to the
symbology associated with the Tarot, some scholars even believe
them to have been utilized in ancient Egyptian ceremonies and
rituals. Most usually, they are identified with Pagan, Wiccan
and Celtic belief systems or better known to be associated as
followers of Witchcraft. However, there have been variations of
the Tarot cards found throughout the majority of cultures and
religious belief systems.

The true intent and purpose of the Tarot cards is to be used as
a tool designed for expanding one’s awareness and the world
around them. Since our minds tend to think in terms of symbols,
it makes perfect sense that these cards were designed with that
concept in mind. Anything can be utilized as a tool it depends
upon the intention and purpose an individual places upon an
object. Just like having a lucky charm, to that individual it is
lucky; to another it may be completely asinine and ridiculous.
The point is, we each can choose what purpose an object will
serve, be it positively or negatively aspected. And this stands
true especially for the Tarot cards. The only significance
anything holds is that which we personally place upon it.
Therefore, in lieu of that concept, the Tarot can be utilized as
a tool for foretelling the future based upon present
circumstances and influences surrounding the individual at the
time of consulting the Tarot cards.

Each card depicts and represents the phases, cycles and
transitions that we encounter in our lifetime. As with most
cycles, they represent the stages and patterns that are
associated with those various aspects. They symbolically
represent the influences of individuals surrounding us,
qualities within ourselves that we harness but do not utilize to
their fullest potential, our interaction with others whether in
a relationship, friendship or in our environment. It can help an
individual determine what course of action to proceed in regards
to their career, relationship and making important decisions. It
can help an individual get in touch with their intuition and
listening to their gut instincts. It can help an individual
explore one’s own self and find understanding upon their path
based upon past experiences and actions. These however are only
a small portion of the capabilities and benefits of utilizing
the Tarot.

Of course, the Tarot can be utilized to profit financially but
that is not what the true nature of the cards are. They were
intended for personal guidance and enhancing one’s knowledge of
their own individual path. It’s purpose is varied depending on
the individual and what they want the cards to be used for in
reality. If given the chance, most people would want to know
more about what is occurring within their lives in various
aspects. The Tarot is one way of achieving that and a means to
foresee what may lie ahead. Just like astrology, millions of
people check their horoscopes every single day to see what the
day may bring and thus, the Tarot is an alternative for those
who are interested in learning a more detailed in depth look
within their life and a means to find understanding as to why
they are experiencing certain events and patterns, what course
of action should be taken and what is the probable outcome
should events continue as they currently are at the time of the
reading.

The Tarot helps to establish a clearer understanding of how your
thoughts and actions create the experiences within life for each
individual; as no two people walk the same identical path. The
same cards pulled in one person’s reading will not mean the same
exact thing for another person if they came up in their reading
as well. Therefore, it is individualized and personal an
instrument that is most usually considered a sacred tool that
deserves utmost respect and should be highly valued and taken
care of. With anything you study, research and practice you will
grow stronger and more adept in understanding what the cards
represent and symbolize for you personally; individually. It is
a unique relationship for each individual who does read the
Tarot. For some it is a life long process of self discovery and
for others it’s a means to be able to stay one step ahead by
knowing what influences and unforeseen obstacles may get in the
way of their plans or what to do about a certain situations, etc.

It was the Tarot that first piqued my interest into studying
symbology which, of course, led me to studying Theology
regarding various cultures, religions and belief systems thereby
enhancing my own understanding of the Tarot cards. It has lead
me to study numerology, astrology, earth medicine, working with
energy and directions, Native American Shamanism, medicine
wheels, witchcraft, paganism, Celtic belief systems,
Christianity, in depth study of the bible and various other
ancient texts,Egyptian and a whole myriad of other belief
systems and symbologies. And that is only a mere portion of all
that I have studied in depth over the last 20 years all because
I wanted to know more about the Tarot and what all the symbols
mean. So the bottom line is, you can choose to go as deep into
studying the Tarot in all of it’s aspects or you can get a vague
generalized idea of the cards and what they mean and that’s fine
too, it’s entirely up to each individual depending on how far
they are willing to go in seeking understanding. It’s your
journey, no one else can make it for you but if you’d like to
have a useful tool that can help you better understand things
happening in your life then the Tarot might just be for you and
you’ll never know unless you try and intuitively you’ll know if
it’s something for you or not. I’ll go into more details in

They represent every aspect on every level of our beingness. The
phases, patterns, cycles, seasons; everything within our lives
from love to money to our spiritual paths can be denoted in the
various symbols of the Tarot cards. Each card paints a
picturesque view reflecting our emotional, mental, physical and
spiritual happenings. It is our job as the reader to open our
minds and accurately access the information available to us
hidden within the cards.

Look at every aspect and overlook nothing, as each minute detail
can be a significant element in the overall scheme of things.
This is where the use of pen and paper or notepad (or any other
text editor) on your personal computer can come in handy and be
beneficial. Keeping track of these signs and symbols will
greatly help memorize and quickly identify them at a glance;
speeding up the process of interpreting them.

Research the various symbols’ meaning to gain greater
perspective of the overall meaning associated with each card.
The Internet is filled with tons of valuable information
pertaining to symbolism; so check out various outlooks, belief
systems and cultural viewpoints to each one to provide yourself
with a multitude of possible associations.

Always pay attention to your thoughts and intuition as well, as
this will most likely prove to be beneficial in personalizing
the reading for each individual. The more in-tune your are to
their energy, the easier it is to discern the signs and symbols
within each card that applies to that specific individual.

Ultimately, it’s up to each individual who chooses to read and
interpret the Tarot as to how much study they are willing to do
and to what depth and degree. But keep in mind, the more
knowledgeable you become with the symbolism it will greatly
enhance your ability to interpret the cards more thoroughly and
accurately.

Each source will provide a different viewpoint to shed light and
help expand your mind by showing you various possibilities that
you may not have considered previously so that you may discern
and decide for yourself the meaning that best matches your own
perception and understanding.

That is why I highly recommend keeping track of all the possible
interpretations of the various symbols associated with the Tarot
and try to gain recognition of the various signs and symbols at
a glance; because the key is learning to quickly look at the
cards & draw a generalized overview of what the cards are saying
especially if you are doing a one-on-one reading for someone
else. If you are being paid to do the reading, keep in mind,
that they are paying for you to tell them valuable information
relative to them; not you spending all day trying to figure out
what the cards mean.

That is why I am pointing out the need to thoroughly study the
Tarot so that when you are interpreting them for someone else
you are confident in your ability to accurately access and read
the Tarot instead of appearing foolish and as if you don’t know
what you’re doing. Even if you’re not the best Tarot reader in
the world, if you act like you don’t know what you’re doing,
inevitably people will pick up on that. So make sure that you
always present yourself professionally, confidently and
knowledgeable of the subject. If you lack faith in yourself in
accurately interpreting the cards, the person you’re doing the
reading for will probably not have much faith in your abilities
either which could be bad for business, reputation and
self-esteem.

To avoid that situation, put forth the effort to truly study the
Tarot and it’s associated symbolism. Learn all that you can on
the subject and symbology. Take the time to memorize and
familiarize yourself with the various meanings. If you’re
planning on doing this professionally, this will prove to be
very beneficial to you. Don’t rush things, do your homework now
to avoid frustration in the future.

The better prepared you are to answer unexpected questions and
clarifying your interpretation for the client will enhance your
clients trust in your abilities. Be thorough and disciplined in
your approach. Treat this as if you were going back to school
and learning a new skill or trade. Set aside time within your
schedule to devote time to studying. A few hours a night or even
every week spending time focusing upon learning the Tarot will
help you. There’s only 78 cards so with a little discipline, it
shouldn’t take very long to make your way through the entire
deck and have a pretty good understanding.

The more knowledgeable you become the better you will become at
divining the Tarot effectively. Seek to utilize and master this
wonderful divination tool but always keep in mind, no matter how
much we may master something we are always students learning and
enhancing our understanding and the same applies to the art of
Tarot.

For every aspect of our lives there is a relative Tarot card
associated with it. Just as the Tarot is a story of symbols laid
out in the artistry of the cards, so too is our life laid out in
such an artistic and brilliant way. By studying the Tarot one
has the opportunity to truly see these magnificent patterns.
Evolving, expanding and growing in understanding of the lessons
needed in order to live life more fully and in a balanced way.

The Major Arcana depicts these phases and passages that we go
through. Each one dealing with a specific part of our life path;
spiritually and physically aspected. So in essence, it is the
journey of our human experience. By paying attention to the
Tarot cards & watching their story unfold, one can directly
apply those same lessons and patterns to their own life. As a
result, see a greater reflection of their lives laid out before
them within the cards themselves.

The Major Arcana represents the major changes and transitions we
make in our lives. The Minor Arcana represents the smaller
everyday mundane stuff like relationships, financial stability,
dreams, aspirations and a multitude of other things that create
challenges and keeps life interesting. The Minor Arcana charts
the ebbs and flows of these everyday experiences.

As you work your way through the Tarot, you will become more
aware of these types of cycles, patterns and phases in your
life. Pay attention to these signs and symbols as you encounter
them and then look back at the Tarot to reveal more pertaining
to that particular energy and situation.

Journaling these experiences will prove to be helpful. So, the
path of the Tarot represents your life path. By studying and
learning the Tarot and its associated symbology, you inevitably
become more aware of your own life and the journey that is
before you.
